Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?
Just turn up. The Bike Zone is a walk-in shop, open every day. Most repairs, like punctures and brake adjustments, are done while you wait. For a bigger job it's worth a quick call first so we can check we've got the parts.
How quickly can a puncture be fixed?
Punctures and inner tube changes are usually sorted in minutes while you wait. Because the workshop runs right up to the door, you may be asked to wait outside while it's done.
What kinds of bikes do you work on?
All the everyday ones: mountain bikes, hybrids, road bikes, commuters and kids' bikes, plus electric bikes. Bring it in and we'll tell you what it needs.
Do you sell bikes and accessories too?
Yes. As well as repairs, the shop sells quality used bikes and a full range of accessories: locks, lights, pumps, tubes and more. We buy, sell and repair — come and see what's in.
How much does a repair cost?
It depends on the job and any parts needed. The best thing is to pop in or call on 07306 292999 and we'll tell you the price before we start any work.
